Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally an item may be out of stock after you place your order.
Quantity & Discontinuation
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order, and to discontinue products at any time without notice.
Display Variations
Product colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but may vary depending on your device's screen settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
Pricing & Payment
Currency
Product prices are displayed in the currency determined based on the user's country or location through an automatic price adjustment system. For certain countries, prices are displayed in USD in accordance with the availability of payment methods.
Price Changes
Prices may change without notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.
Secure Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Payment Security
We do not store your full payment information. All payment data is encrypted and handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment partners.
Orders & Cancellations
Order Refusal Rights
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 1x24 hours of placement, as long as the order status is still "Unpaid" or "Pending". Once the order status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped", cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery windows provided at checkout are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Delivery Responsibility
SIRKULE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk Transfer
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from SIRKULE pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. This means we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Summary of Refund Policy
- •Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt
- •Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached
- •Return shipping paid by customer, except for damaged or incorrect items (tracked shipping recommended)
- •Damaged/incorrect items: contact within 48 hours for resolution
Return Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Fulfillment & Production
Our products are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. While we maintain quality standards, production timelines and output are subject to their capabilities. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by fulfillment partners beyond our reasonable control.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by SIRKULE. We have no control over their content, privacy policies, or practices, and assume no responsibility for any damages or losses caused by your use of such sites.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the courts located in Indonesia.
International Consumer Rights
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws — including but not limited to the European Union, the United Kingdom, or certain states within the United States — those local laws shall apply to the extent required and may provide you with additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.
EU & UK Customers
You may have rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and similar legislation, including statutory rights regarding returns, refunds, and product conformity that cannot be overridden by these Terms.
US Customers
Certain US states provide additional consumer protections. Where applicable state law provides rights beyond those stated here, those rights are not excluded by these Terms.
