01General Terms

These Terms apply to everyone who uses SIRKULE: visitors, customers and contributors.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always on this page with its revision date, and continued use means you accept the changes.

02Products & Availability

SIRKULE products are made only when ordered, by Printify and its print providers. We hold no stock. A design, size or color can still become unavailable from the provider after you order. If that happens, we will contact you or refund you in full.

We may limit quantities per customer or order, and discontinue products at any time.

Colors may look different on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your display shows the exact color of the product.

03Pricing & Payment

• Currency: prices are shown in the currency set for your location. In some countries prices are shown in USD, depending on available payment methods.
• Price changes: prices may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
• Payments: payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

04Orders & Cancellations

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud, a pricing error or unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing an order, as long as its status is still “Unpaid” or “Pending”. Once it is “Processing” or “Shipped”, it can no longer be cancelled, because production may already have started.

05Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy explains production times, rates, and what to do if a parcel is late or lost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Parcels lost in transit are handled under the Shipping Policy. Once a carrier marks a parcel as delivered, our liability is limited, but we will still help you investigate.

06Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in original condition.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Tracked shipping is recommended.
• For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, stories, audio, text, images and product names, belongs to SIRKULE or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Please do not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

08User Conduct

When using our website and services, please do not:

• use the site for unlawful purposes
• interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the website
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or other malicious code
• try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• use bots or scrapers to access the site without permission

We may restrict or end access to our services if these Terms are broken.

09Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SIRKULE is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities
• problems caused by misuse, alteration or improper care of our products
• damages exceeding the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to

10Third-Party Services

To run our store we work with third parties, including payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics tools, and Printify, the print-on-demand platform whose print providers produce and ship our products.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through the courts in Indonesia.
