We encourage customers to review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. All decisions regarding returns and refunds are final and at the sole discretion of SIRKULE.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

Unused Condition

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached

Original Packaging

The item is in its original packaging (e.g., polybag or box) to prevent damage during transit

Time Limit

The return request must be submitted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you received the order

Items Not Accepted

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted. Items returned with signs of smoke, perfume, or other odors will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@sirkule.com with your order number and reason for return

Wait for Approval

Wait for return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Ship Item Back

Ship the item back as instructed. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

Return Shipping

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see Section 7). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Return Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Processing Time

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

Different Size or Product

If you need a different size or product:

Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same return process (initiate return, wait for approval)
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead
For exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Provide Evidence

Include your order number and clear photos of:
• The damaged/incorrect item
• The original packaging (including shipping box if damaged)

Resolution Options

Once verified, we will provide one of the following at no cost to you:
Full Refund: Including original shipping cost
Replacement: Subject to stock availability
Return Label: Prepaid shipping label to return the item

ℹ️

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping and original shipping costs are fully covered by SIRKULE — this is an exception to our standard Return Shipping policy in Section 4.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window

Orders can only be canceled within 1x24 hours of placement, as long as the order status is still "Unpaid" or "Pending".

Once the order status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped", cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Return Policy above if you wish to return the item after receiving it.
