Production & Processing
All SIRKULE products are made on-demand using Print-on-Demand technology. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order.
Estimated Production Times:
Note: Production time is in addition to shipping time. Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production may take 1–2 extra business days.
SIRKULE products are fulfilled by a trusted third-party print-on-demand provider. Production timelines are subject to their capabilities and may vary.

Important: Delivery times are estimates starting from the date of shipment, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays.
📦 Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately to ensure fastest delivery. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
Taxes & Duties
Sales Tax / VAT
For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, applicable sales taxes or VAT are already included in the product price you see at checkout. SIRKULE remits these taxes directly to the relevant authorities on your behalf.
Import Duties & Customs
All import duties, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking & Delivery
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is produced and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.
🚚 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will make multiple delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
📍 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. SIRKULE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
📦 Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived and tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@sirkule.com within 30 days of your estimated delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to reship or refund your order. Please note this applies to packages lost in transit — packages marked as delivered are handled separately (see below).
📬 Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office or courier.
If still unresolved within 3 business days, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate and find a resolution.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, SIRKULE's liability is limited. However, we will never leave you without support — we are committed to helping you through the process.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse to accept a shipment from SIRKULE (for example, due to unwillingness to pay import duties), you remain responsible for:
Refused shipments cannot be refunded as the product was custom-made for you.
Important Information
🌍 International Shipping
International shipments may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance procedures. SIRKULE has no control over these delays.
🎁 Gift Orders
All orders include a packing slip with product details but no pricing information, making them perfect for gifts.
📅 Peak Season Delays
During holidays and major sales events, both production and shipping may experience delays of 2–5 business days.
♻️ Eco-Friendly Packaging
SIRKULE is committed to sustainability. Your products may arrive in recycled or minimal packaging to reduce environmental impact.
Print-on-Demand Note: All SIRKULE products are made-to-order. This means we don't keep inventory, which reduces waste and allows us to offer a wider variety of products. Thank you for supporting sustainable fashion!
